Abstract
The young adult Diabetes clinic at Bedford Hospital identified an ongoing high rate of ‘Did Not Attend’ (DNAs), which they expected to reduce as a a result of offering virtual appointments during the Covid-19 pandemic
However, as of Oct. 2020; 16% of patients still hadn’t been seen for over a year.
